OBJECTIVE

The projects assume the fact that architecture development always transforms natural conditions, and that some places although its private condition belong to natural heritage.
This leads us to project a building that is not seen from the public space. It’s mainly facade for people that use the street as a promenade is a public bench, a none building. The building as an experience no as an object.

CONTEXT

Housing projects in Uruguayan seaside city on global spots as Punta del Este, requires to think not only in architectures that can provide answers to this new life styles but also to understand how speculative investments can shape an operate in different scenarios, and how this natural places are transformed behind this dynamics.

PERFORMANCE

We use stone removed from the place for building, green roofs that recovers the soils were the building stands. We try to build assuming that architecture modifies its surroundings, but using their preexisting natural a cultural conditions as mainly issues for our project.
